Over five focused 1-hour sessions, we refine technique, build endurance, and instill confidence, ensuring they're ready for competitive club trials or advancing to higher squads. Tailored for aspiring athletes, our course fosters a love for swimming while equipping them with essential skills, guided by our experienced Olympic-level instructors. Your instructor will guide you through the process of meeting trial times and standards, and can liase with your choice of club to arrange your swim trial.
